Отделение ПФР по городу Москве и Московской области напоминает1, что до 1 октября получателям льгот и мер социальной поддержки, назначенных в соответствии с федеральным законодательством, необходимо определиться с формой получения набора социальных услуг. Можно выбрать натуральную форму (то есть получать собственно услуги) либо денежную.
Чтобы в 2022 году получать весь набор или его часть деньгами, необходимо до 1 октября подать соответствующее заявление в территориальный орган ПФР (ч. 3-4 ст. 6.3 Федерального закона от 17 июля 1999 г. № 178-ФЗ «О государственной социальной помощи»; далее – Закон № 178-ФЗ). Сделать это можно через личный кабинет на сайте ПФР или на Едином портале госуслуг, а также посетив любой территориальный орган ПФР или МФЦ.
Действовать это заявление будет до тех пор, пока получатель услуги не передумает и не решит вернуться к натуральной форме набора. Иными словами, тем, кто раньше уже выбрал денежную форму набора и хочет ее сохранить, повторно подавать заявление не нужно.
Напомним, право на получение набора социальных услуг имеют:
инвалиды войны и участники Великой Отечественной войны, а также те, кто служил в военное время в воинских частях, учреждениях и военно-учебных заведениях, не входивших в состав действующей армии; ветераны боевых действий; жители блокадного Ленинграда и жители осажденного Севастополя; работники объектов противовоздушной обороны и строители военных объектов, трудившиеся в период Великой Отечественной войны; члены семей погибших инвалидов войны, участников войны и ветеранов боевых действий, а также члены семей погибших работников госпиталей и больниц города Ленинграда; инвалиды и дети-инвалиды (ст. 6.1 Закона № 178-ФЗ).

В натуральной форме можно получать лекарства, медицинские изделия и (при наличии медицинских показаний) путевки в санаторий, а также бесплатно ездить в электричках и на междугородном транспорте к месту лечения и обратно.
Что касается денежной формы набора социальных услуг, то с 1 февраля 2021 года ее размер составляет 1 211,66 руб. в месяц. Из них 933,25 руб. приходятся на лекарства и медизделия, 205,7 руб. – на путевку в санаторий и 190,38 руб. – на проезд (постановление Правительства РФ от 28 января 2021 г. № 73 «Об утверждении коэффициента индексации выплат, пособий и компенсаций в 2021 году»).
