Об этом заявил Министр просвещения РФ Сергей Кравцов на брифинге1 о готовности системы образования к началу учебного года, который состоялся вчера. Он отметил, что в соответствии с поручением президента до 2025 года будет построено еще 1300 новых школ. Это позволит отказаться от третьей смены и сократить количество школ со второй.
Сергей Кравцов рассказал и о других планах министерства. Так, с нового учебного года в школах будут распространять практику поднятия государственного флага. Министр подчеркнул, что здесь не должно быть формализма.
Еще одно из важных изменений – это уход от понятия «услуга» в работе учителя. Необходимые изменения в закон об образовании уже подготовлены, они будут внесены в Госдуму нового созыва после выборов.
«Также с этого учебного года начнут реализовываться программы организации воспитательной работы в общеобразовательных учреждениях, детских садах, учреждениях среднего профессионального образования. Их задача – максимально вовлечь школьников в позитивную повестку, походы в театры, музеи», – добавил Сергей Кравцов.

Он также озвучил темы для итогового сочинения в 11-х классах, которое проходит каждый год в декабре и служит допуском к ЕГЭ. В этом году темы следующие:
«Человек путешествующий. Дорога в жизни человека»; «Цивилизация и технология – спасение, вызов или трагедия?»; «Преступление и наказание: вечная тема» (к 200-летию со дня рождения писателя Федора Достоевского); «Книга, музыка, спектакль, фильм про меня» (тема о том, что каждый выпускник считает важным лично для себя самого); «Кому на Руси жить хорошо? (к 200-летию со дня рождения писателя Николая Некрасова).
