Правительство РФ рассказало на своем сайте1 о том, что пользователям Единого портала госуслуг больше не придется полностью заполнять онлайн-заявления вручную и искать бумажные документы – новый функционал системы сделает это автоматически. Такие изменения утвердил Председатель Правительства РФ Михаил Мишустин (постановление Правительства РФ от 1 сентября 2021 г. № 1458 «О внесении изменений в Положение о федеральной государственной информационной системе «Единый портал государственных и муниципальных услуг (функций)»).
Теперь при оформлении гражданами заявлений на получение той или иной услуги информационная система портала сможет запрашивать необходимые данные в органах власти или организациях и самостоятельно вносить их в нужные поля. При этом такой запрос будет направляться исключительно в момент заполнения заявления, а после его отправки полученные данные не будут храниться на портале госуслуг.

Так, например, при онлайн-подаче заявления на регистрацию по месту жительства портал сможет сделать запрос в Росреестр и подтвердить возможность прописки заявителя и его семьи в указанном жилом помещении. Также при подаче гражданином заявления на субсидии и различные выплаты портал сможет в онлайн-режиме проверить наличие свидетельств ЗАГС у заявителя и предзаполнить документ полученными данными.
Разработкой интерактивных форм для получения госуслуг в новом порядке займется Правительство РФ с 1 января 2022 года.
Подписанным документом внесены изменения в постановление Правительства РФ от 24 октября 2011 г. № 861 «О федеральных государственных информационных системах, обеспечивающих предоставление в электронной форме государственных и муниципальных услуг (осуществление функций)».
