В рамках проводимых мер по борьбе с распространением новой коронавирусной инфекции Минобрнауки России подготовило рекомендации для подведомственных учреждений по организации учебного процесса студентов. Они даются до стабилизации эпидемиологической обстановки в субъектах РФ и стране в целом.
Так, в частности, рекомендуется перевести учащихся на удаленное обучение, если они не прошли вакцинацию от новой коронавирусной инфекции или имеют медотвод. Для этого вузам придется организовать специальный учет студентов, прошедших вакцинацию или планирующих это сделать, а также переболевших за последние полгода и требовать от них подтверждающие справки. Для студентов на удаленке нужно разработать особый режим посещения учебных корпусов, спортивных секций. Раздельными должны быть и экзамены – переболевшие и вакцинорованные должны проходить аттестацию отдельно от тех, кто еще не прошел вакцинацию или имеет медотвод.
Еще одна мера связана с предоставлением общежития. Так, при заселении рекомендуется запрашивать у студентов справку о прохождении вакцинации или наличии противопоказаний, или о перенесении короновирусной инфекции за последние полгода.

Также согласно рекомендациям нужно разъяснять учащимся необходимость проведения вакцинации и организовать ее проведение. Для студентов-иностранцев предлагается проводить вакцинацию за счет средств учебного заведения.
В отношении сотрудников вузов также даны рекомендации. Так, в частности, предлагается определить перечень сотрудников, которые обязаны пройти вакцинацию и организовать проведение профилактических прививок.
