В качестве одного из аргументов в пользу указанного решения приведено ограничение инфляционных рисков, которые остаются на повышенном уровне. Поясняется, что дальнейшее развитие внешних условий сложно спрогнозировать, как и реакцию цен и инфляционных ожиданий на предстоящее повышение НДС. Об этом сообщается на официальном сайте Банка России.
Анализируя экономическое состояние страны регулятор, в частности, отметил, что:
ожидаемая величина инфляции по итогам текущего года – 4%;прогнозируемый прирост потребительских цен составит 3,9–4,2% к концу 2018 года;из-за повышения НДС и произошедшего в этом году ослабления рубля инфляция достигнет 5–5,5% на конец 2019 года.
Примечательно, что установленный размер ключевой ставки в размере 7,75% оказался таким же, как и по состоянию на 1 января этого года. Затем 9 февраля он был снижен до 7,5%, 23 марта – до 7,25%, трижды сохранялcя: 27 апреля, 15 июня и 27 июля, повысился до 7,5% 14 сентября, после чего не менялся.
Новый размер ключевой ставки начнет применяться с 17 декабря текущего года, а в следующий раз Банк России вернется к вопросу о ее величине 8 февраля 2019 года.
