Правительство РФ утвердило изменение в Правила предоставления в 2020 году из федерального бюджета субсидий субъектам МСП, ведущим деятельность в отраслях российской экономики, в наибольшей степени пострадавших в условиях ухудшения ситуации в результате распространения новой коронавирусной инфекции (далее – Правила) (Постановление Правительства РФ от 20 июня 2020 г. № 899). С 23 июня субсидии могут предоставляться получателям субсидий, включенным в реестр МСП в соответствии с п. 3 Правил и осуществляющим деятельность, связанную с производством (реализацией) подакцизных товаров.
Напомним, субсидия из федерального бюджета предоставляется субъектам МСП, включенным в реестр МСП, в целях частичной компенсации затрат, связанных с осуществлением деятельности в условиях ухудшения ситуации в результате пандемии COVID-19, в том числе на сохранение занятости и оплаты труда своих работников (п. 1 Правил).
