С 1 января 2020 года вступили в силу поправки, утвержденные Федеральным законом от 20 декабря 2017 г. № 395-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в статью 26 Федерального закона «Об актах гражданского состояния». Об этом напоминает ФНС России.
Так, исключена необходимость подачи наряду с заявлением о заключении брака копий документов (паспортов, разрешения на вступление в брак для несовершеннолетних и т.п.) в случае подачи такого заявления в электронной форме через единый портал государственных и муниципальных услуг или региональные порталы государственных и муниципальных услуг. Такая поправка принята в целях устранения избыточных требований к заявителям при госрегистрации брака с использованием портала госуслуг.
Теперь в случае направления совместного заявления о заключении брака в форме электронного документа подлинники документов, ксерокопии которых ранее нужно было направлять в орган ЗАГС в форме электронных документов, будут представляться лицами, вступающими в брак, при личном обращении в орган ЗАГС в назначенное для госрегистрации заключения брака время. Одновременно скорректирована норма о предъявлении вместе с подачей заявления о заключении брака документов, удостоверяющих личности вступающих в брак, подтверждающих прекращение предыдущего брака и разрешения на вступление в брак до достижения брачного возраста – с 1 января 2020 года это актуально только для подачи заявления о заключении брака в письменной форме лично.
Также дополнен перечень сведений, которые необходимо указывать в совместном заявлении о заключении брака – в него включены реквизиты документа, подтверждающего прекращение предыдущего брака (в случае, если лицо состояло в браке ранее).

Today, I went to the beach with my kids.
