Так, обязанность соблюдать антикоррупционные стандарты может появиться у лиц, временно замещающих какую-либо должность. Президент поручил также проанализировать практику:
защиты лиц, которые сообщили нанимателю (работодателю), прокуратуре или иному госоргану о том, что им предлагали взятку; получения подарков должностными лицами; использования государственными органами различных каналов получения связи (горячая линия, телефон доверия, электронная приемная), по которым граждане могут конфиденциально сообщить о коррупционных нарушениях и т. д.
Важно, что запрет на прохождение госслужбы может появиться для тех, кто был освобожден от уголовной ответственности за коррупционное правонарушение с назначением штрафа. Напомним, такое освобождение предусмотрено для тех, кто впервые совершил преступление небольшой или средней тяжести, возместил ущерб и уплатил штраф (ст. 76.2 УК РФ).
