совершенствование и развитие нормативной базы в сфере качества пищевой продукции, в частности создание эффективных компенсационных механизмов защиты прав потребителей; обеспечение мониторинга качества пищевой продукции; актуализация действующих нормативов содержания в пищевой продукции пищевых добавок, вкусоароматических веществ, биологически активных веществ, остатков лекарственных препаратов для ветеринарного применения и средств защиты растений.
