ЦБ заявил об изменениях на аудиторском рынке

ЦБ намерен к 1 января 2018 года получить полномочия по надзору и регулированию деятельности компаний, работающих на аудиторском рынке.
На прошлой неделе руководством Банка России были проведены консультации с аудиторскими компаниями, отраслевыми СРО и федеральными чиновниками. На встречах обсуждалось уточнение критериев обязательного аудита, повышение требований к входному билету на рынок аудиторских услуг, усиление ответственности аудиторов и более плотное взаимодействие с надзорными органами. ЦБ критически оценивает деятельность СРО, но при этом согласен с усилением их роли в отрасли. Кроме того, регулятор и заинтересованные игроки рынка пришли к единому мнению, что автоматически предъявлять претензии к аудиторскому заключению при отзыве лицензии у банка неоправданная мера.
