Проверить арбитражного управляющего теперь можно онлайн на сайте ФНС России.На сайте ФНС России запущен сервис «Проверь арбитражного управляющего». Он позволяет получать информацию о вступивших в силу судебных актах по нарушениям арбитражных управляющих, допущенных в ходе процедур банкротства. В настоящее время сервис работает в тестовом режиме, информация в сервисе по арбитражным управляющим в дальнейшем может дополняться.Для поиска информации необходимо ввести любой из следующих реквизитов: наименование саморегулируемой организации арбитражных управляющих, ФИО и (или) ИНН арбитражного управляющего, наименование должника. Кроме того, есть возможность выбора информации за период и по месту нахождения должника.Сервис поможет пользователям в анализе соответствия кандидатуры арбитражного управляющего требованиям Закона о банкротстве, а также станет инструментом контроля его деятельности, в том числе со стороны саморегулируемой организации. Таким образом, сервис будет способствовать сокращению количества нарушений в сфере банкротства.
