Минприроды готовит новый порядок представления отчетности

Минприроды планирует обновить порядок представления отчетности об образовании, утилизации, обезвреживании, о размещении отходов субъектами малого и среднего предпринимательства.
Текст соответствующего проекта ведомственного приказа опубликован на Едином портале для размещения проектов НПА.
Разработанный документ заменит действующий порядок, утвержденный приказом от 16.02.2010 № 30.
Согласно новому документу, указанная отчетность может быть представлена через ТКС в форме электронных документов, подписанных усиленной квалифицированной электронной подписью. При этом одновременное представление отчетности на бумажном носителе не требуется.
Также в новом порядке изменен состав отчетности, представляемой в Росприроднадзор.
Отчетный период и срок сдачи отчетности сохраняются. Напомним, отчетный период составляет один календарный год, представляется отчетность до 15 января следующего за отчетным года.
