«Тарас Бульба» вел «черную бухгалтерию»

Обвинение в уклонении от уплаты налогов (ч. 2 ст. 199 УК РФ) предъявлено владельцу сети ресторанов «Корчма Тарас Бульба» Юрию Белойвану.Уголовное дело возбудили в результате нескольких налоговых проверок, которые не удалось оспорить в арбитражных судах. Следователи, ссылаясь на изъятые в ходе обысков документы и показания сотрудников сети, утверждают, что руководство сети практиковало «черную бухгалтерию». Неучтенная выручка ежедневно изымалась и помещалась в банковские ячейки. Общая недоимка за 2011–2014 годы составила более 650 млн рублей. С бизнесмена взята подписка о невыезде и надлежащем поведении.
