Завод Mercedes-Benz получит налоговые льготы

Концерну «Даймлер АГ», который собирается строить новый завод по производству легковых авто Mercedes-Benz в Московской области будут предоставлены налоговые льготы.Для участников СПИК (специального инвестиционного контракта) предусмотрены следующие налоговые льготы: по налогу на прибыль — снижение ставки налога на 10 лет с момента получения первой прибыли. При этом по 2025 г. ставка налога в части зачисления в бюджет Московской области составляет 0%, с 2026 по 2028 гг. — 10%, с 2029 г. — 13,5%.Если инвестор не выполняет условие, в соответствие с которым не менее 90% всех его доходов составляют доходы от реализации проекта, инвестору уменьшается налог на прибыль на 4,5% на 10 лет с момента начала выпуска продукции.
