Правительство РФ определило порядок продления лицензий и разрешений для лицензируемых видов деятельности в ряде отраслей в 2021 году. Решение об этом Председатель Правительства РФ Михаил Мишустин анонсировал на совещании с вице-премьерами 25 января. Как и в 2020 году принято постановление об автоматическом продлении лицензий и разрешений на один год, если их срок истекает в этом году. Отмечается, что данное решение в прошлом году хорошо зарекомендовало, позволило сократить издержки бизнеса и организаций, связанные с прохождением разрешительных процедур, минимизировать число контактов с представителями органов власти, что важно на фоне ситуации с распространением коронавируса.
Новое постановление Правительства РФ от 4 февраля 2021 г. № 109 продлевает срок действия разрешений, в том числе в медицине, фармацевтике, в сфере образования, экологии, охраны труда.

Дополнительно на год продлеваются лицензии и в сферах оказания услуг связи для целей эфирного теле-, радиовещания, разрешения на выброс загрязняющих веществ в атмосферный воздух, договоры водопользования, лицензии на розничную продажу алкогольной продукции при оказании услуг общественного питания).
Как и ранее, предусматривается право органов власти использовать дистанционные средства контроля при получении, переоформлении, продлении разрешений.
