Сегодня в Москве состоялась презентация новой книги Председателя Комитета Госдумы по государственному строительству и законодательству Павла Крашенинникова «Советское право. Итоги: Очерки о государстве и праве 1962 – 1984». Новая работа продолжает авторскую серию очерков, посвященных развитию отечественного государства и права: изучены важные события, повлиявшие на развитие государственно-правовых институтов в указанный период: проведен анализ косыгинской и конституционной реформы, исследовано диссидентство и появление правозащитной деятельности, изучен опыт систематизации законодательства 60-х, 70-х годов, попытки создания Свода законов СССР. Автор рассказал о работе над книгой, в частности, об использовании документальных фильмов в качестве источников, своих воспоминаний и опыта старших коллег.
Приглашенные спикеры презентации отметили безусловную ценность проведенного исследования. Академик РАН, научный руководитель Института всеобщей истории РАН, президент Государственного академического университета гуманитарных наук, Сопредседатель Российского исторического общества, д. и. н., профессор Александр Чубарьян поделился мнением о главном достоинстве книги в изучении права того периода в контексте более широкого понимания истории, что книга будет, бесспорно, интересна не только юристам, но и историкам для осознания значения права в истории, эволюции и влияния истории на право и права на ход истории.
Заместитель Председателя Высшего Арбитражного Суда РФ в отставке, член Совета при Президенте РФ по кодификации и совершенствованию гражданского законодательства, д. ю. н., профессор, заслуженный юрист РФ Василий Витрянский обратил внимание на авторские идеи о проведенной систематизации, кодификации советского законодательства. Также спикером поддержаны высказывания автора о природе права, о спорности общепринятой формулировки права, об ориентации права, а именно, что защищать необходимо не закон, а права граждан. Ректор МГЮА Виктор Блажеев подчеркнул интерес к главе книги о диссидентстве, делении его на либеральное и демократическое течения, к взгляду автора на советское построение отраслей права.
Выразительность стиля книги, живой язык, концептуализм с ярким видением исторического процесса отметил Николай Сванидзе – директор Института Массмедиа РГГУ, а Бронислав Гонгало – директор Уральского филиала Исследовательского центра частного права им. С.С. Алексеева при Президенте РФ рассказал об объективности подачи автором информации в книге, о возможном отнесении ее к новому жанру в литературе, который сочетает в себе анализ сугубо юридических проблем, но с характерными для автора изяществом и легкостью слога.
