Сами квартиры оказались разделены пополам перегородками, сообщает Общая газета.Накануне Дня Победы глава Севастополя Дмитрий Овсянников вручил ветеранам ключи и заявил, что «квартиры — это лишь малая часть благодарности» за подвиг ветеранов.«Правительство Севастополя выполняет указ Президента России по улучшению жилищных условий ветеранов: каждый обратившийся защитник в обязательном порядке получит новое жилье», — заявил чиновник.Глава города Дмитрий Овсянников добавил, что «работа по улучшению жилищных условий ветеранов ведется круглогодично. В первом квартале 2017 года квартирами обеспечены трое ветеранов, сегодня еще десять. Запросов на получение жилья в данный момент больше нет. Если в течение года они буду появляться – мы оперативно отреагируем», говорится в публикации на сайте Правительства Севастополя.
Однако при заселении оказалось, что подаренные квартиры оказались двух видов: либо из половины комнаты и кухни, либо из другой половины комнаты, но с прихожей и санузлом. По данным радиостанции «Говорит Москва», туалет в одной из квартир был достроен, а провести газ оказалось невозможным. В некоторых квартирах также отсутствует отопление.
Ветераны до получения документов на квартиры молчали и не жаловались. Они боялись, что им не выдадут документы даже на эти половинки. Впрочем, чиновники предложили ветеранам «подождать год» и тогда, «может быть, квартиры поменяют».
Родственники ветеранов в беседе с изданием «Примечания» предположили, что выделение квартир было условием для сдачи дома в эксплуатацию. Семьи ветеранов намерены обратиться с жалобой в прокуратуру и написать президенту Владимиру Путину
