Росавиация подготовила методические указания по организации работы аэропортов и авиакомпаний при поэтапном выходе из режима противоэпидемических ограничений (информация Росавиации от 21 мая 2020 г.).
Так, согласно документу, аэропортам присваиваются уровни риска – высокий или низкий. Аэропорт имеет высокий уровень риска с точки зрения профилактики эпидемии и борьбы с ней, если в него прибывают пассажиры, выполняются рейсы из сильно пострадавших стран (регионов) (с более чем 50000 подтвержденных случаев заболевания).
Документом предусматривается три этапа снятия ограничений. Первый предусматривает задействование минимального количества персонала для работы в аэропорту, ежедневные инструктажи, запрет работы предприятий общественного питания на территории аэропорта, измерение температуры пассажиров бесконтактным способом и другие. Если температура у пассажира будет повышена, то на борт его не допустят. Также Значительные ограничения предусматриваются и во время полета. Помимо информирования о профилактике заражения новой коронавирусной инфекцией, общей дезинфекции салона, обязательным будет ношение масок, перчаток и дезинфекция рук не только членов экипажа, но и пассажиров. Им будут раздаваться маски во время полета каждые три часа. Посадка и высадка пассажиров будет производится с соблюдением социальной дистанции. Кроме того, во время всего полета будет активно табло «пристегните ремни». Что касается питания, то предоставляться оно будет либо в герметичной упаковке, либо разогреваться на борту.

Второй этап не предусматривает особых изменений, единственное табло «пристегните ремни» будет работать в штатном режиме. На третьем этапе отменят измерение температуры пассажиров при посадке на борт и в аэропорты, не будет использоваться только одноразовая посуда, откроются организации общественного питания и магазинов в зданиях аэропортов и другие.
