В нижнюю палату парламента внесен соответствующий законопроект. Согласно документу1 идентификация физлица, представителя клиента, выгодоприобретателя и бенефициарного владельца не будет проводиться при осуществлении операций по обмену банкнот одного достоинства на банкноты другого достоинства и операций по замене поврежденных банкнот на сумму, не превышающую 40 тыс. руб. либо банкнот в иностранной валюте, эквивалентной 40 тыс. руб., если только у работников организации, осуществляющей операции с денежными средствами или иным имуществом, не возникнет подозрения, что данная операция осуществляется в целях «отмывания» доходов, полученных преступным путем, или для финансирования терроризма.

При проведении указанных операций на сумму более 40 тыс. руб., но не более 100 тыс. руб., законопроектом предлагается проводить упрощенную идентификацию клиента. Соответствующие поправки планируется внести в ст. 7 Федерального закона от 7 августа 2001 г. № 115-ФЗ «О противодействии легализации (отмыванию) доходов, полученных преступным путем, и финансированию терроризма».
