Правительством РФ принято решение о дополнении перечня отраслей российской экономики, в наибольшей степени пострадавших в условиях ухудшения ситуации в результате распространения новой коронавирусной инфекции. Соответствующее Постановление Правительства РФ от 26 июня 2020 г. № 9271 опубликовано на правительственном сайте. Теперь в раздел перечня о транспортной деятельности включены перевозка пассажиров железнодорожным транспортом в междугородном сообщении, деятельность морского и внутреннего водного пассажирского транспорта.
Отмечается, что необходимость принятия такого решения возникла в связи с сокращением в период действия ограничений спроса на перевозки пассажиров железнодорожным транспортом. Снизился поток пассажиров и в сегменте пассажирских перевозок морским и внутренним водным транспортом.

Напомним, что в числе мер поддержки, которыми могут пользоваться предприятия из пострадавших отраслей, – отсрочка по уплате всех налогов (кроме НДС), а также арендных платежей при использовании недвижимого имущества, находящегося в государственной, муниципальной или частной собственности. Также предусмотрены: предоставление «зарплатных» кредитов, направленных на сохранение занятости, льготных кредитов по ставке 2%, мораторий на банкротство, на проведение проверок. Дополнительно для представителей МСБ из пострадавших отраслей предусмотрены меры поддержки по отсрочке уплаты страховых взносов.
