Совет директоров Банка России сегодня на заседании принял решение повысить ключевую ставку на один процентный пункт, до 6,5% (Информационное сообщение Банка России от 23 июля 2021 г.). В прошлый раз ключевая ставка была изменена 11 июня на 0,5% процентных пункта, до 5,5%. Банк России еще тогда допускал, что ключевая ставка продолжит расти.
Регулятор объяснил свое решение тем, что во II квартале 2021 года российская экономика достигла допандемического уровня. Повышение ключевой ставки направлено на достижение уровня инфляции 4%.
Так, по прогнозу Банка России, годовая инфляция составит 5,7–6,2% в 2021 году. С учетом проводимой денежно-кредитной политики годовая инфляция снизится до 4,0–4,5% в 2022 году и в дальнейшем будет находиться вблизи 4%. При этом баланс рисков, подчеркивает главный банк страны, значительно смещен в сторону проинфляционных.
