Уполномоченный по правам ребенка при Президенте РФ Анна Кузнецова предложила1 организовать так называемый «народный контроль» за ценами на базовые продукты питания. Предполагается, что в результате мониторингом цен будут заниматься не только уполномоченные органы, но и обычные граждане.
Анна Кузнецова подчеркнула, что при этом обязательно нужно будет создать эффективную систему обратной связи, а также регулярные «контрольные закупки».
«Народный контроль» позволил бы держать руку на пульсе цен и оперативно реагировать на случаи резкого роста стоимости тех или иных базовых продуктов», – прокомментировала свою инициативу детский омбудсмен.

Добавим, что на совещании президента с членами Правительства РФ, которое состоялось вчера, также поднимался вопрос продовольственных цен. Заместитель Председателя Правительства Виктория Абрамченко рассказала2, что в настоящее время организована система мониторинга цен на продукты, и по его результатам принимаются необходимые решения:
в декабре 2020 года были заключены соглашения о принятии мер по стабилизации цен на сахар и подсолнечное масло (постановление Правительства от 14 декабря 2020 г. № 2094); закреплена беспошлинная квота на ввоз в Россию сахара (такое решение приняла Евразийская экономическая комиссия); установлены повышенные ставки вывозных таможенных пошлин на семена подсолнечника и на рапс и т. д.
