Сегодня на оперативном совещании с вице-премьерами Председатель Правительства РФ Михаил Мишустин рассказал о принятом решении по изменению правил предоставления государственной поддержки образовательного кредитования. «До сих пор условия выдачи образовательных кредитов были схожими с потребительскими. Чтобы сделать их более выгодными для тех, кто получает высшее и среднее профессиональное образование на платной основе, устанавливается фиксированная процентная ставка на уровне 3% годовых», – заявил1 премьер-министр. При этом он отметил, что ставка 3% может быть распространена также на образовательные кредиты, полученные до вступления постановления Правительства РФ в силу. В этом случае студентам необходимо подать соответствующее заявление в банк.
Кроме того, сообщается об увеличении льготного периода кредитования после окончания учебы с трех до девяти месяцев, что даст выпускнику возможность трудоустроиться, и об увеличении срока погашения образовательных кредитов до 15 лет после завершения льготного периода.
Соответствующее поручение Правительству РФ и Банку России в июне текущего года дал Президент РФ, в частности, речь шла о разработке до 15 августа нормативных правовых актов по обеспечению мер поддержки в сфере образования, а именно, о принятии мер по снижению ставки по образовательным кредитам до 3%, об увеличении периода отсрочки их выплаты, а также об увеличении размеров налоговых вычетов для тех, кто выплачивает образовательные кредиты и проценты по ним. Напоним, сегодня правила господдержки образовательного кредитования утверждены Постановлением Правительства РФ от 26 февраля 2018 г. № 197, которое с 1 января 2021 года утратит силу.
