На сайте ФНС России опубликована информация об определении сфер деятельности, наиболее пострадавших от новой коронавирусной инфекции. Такой перечень был утвержден на заседании Правительственной комиссии по повышению устойчивости развития российской экономики. Так, в него вошли девять сфер:
авиаперевозки, аэропортовая деятельность, автоперевозки;культура, организация досуга и развлечений;физкультурно-оздоровительная деятельность и спорт;деятельность туристических агентств и прочих организаций, предоставляющих услуги в сфере туризма;гостиничный бизнес;деятельность организаций дополнительного образования, негосударственных образовательных учреждений;деятельность по организации конференций и выставок;деятельность по предоставлению бытовых услуг населению (ремонт, стирка, химчистка, услуги парикмахерских и салонов красоты).
Если организации или предприниматели заняты в этих сферах по основному виду деятельности по ОКВЭД, то они смогут получить первоочередную адресную поддержку. Так, например, ранее налоговая служба уже давала указания о приостановке взыскания налоговой задолженности с организаций отраслей туризма и авиаперевозок (письмо ФНС России от 16 марта 2020 г. № КЧ-4-8/4506@). Также для них были предоставлены и налоговые каникулы (письмо ФНС России от 18 марта 2020 г. №8-2-03/0265). Другие меры поддержки былии реализованы в отношении организаций культуры и спорта. Так, для них предусматривалась отсрочка по уплате налогов (письмо ФНС России от 20 марта 2020 г. № 8-2-03/0001@).Кроме того, в настоящее время в разработке находится документ, содержащий в себе полный перечень мер по обеспечению устойчивого развития экономики.
