Глава государства подчеркнул, что новую меру поддержки семей с детьми планируется ввести уже с 1 января 2020 года. «Выплаты будут получать семьи, доходы которых не превышают одного прожиточного минимума на человека», – отметил он. Для получения выплаты потребуется подать заявление и указать свой легальный доход. При этом Президент РФ считает, что процедура должна быть «максимально удобной и простой для граждан, чтобы они могли все оформить без очередей и преград или дистанционно через соответствующие государственные порталы».
Предполагается, что на первом этапе сумма выплат будет равна половине размера прожиточного минимума (5,5 тыс. руб.), но в перспективе возможно ее увеличение со следующего года до полного прожиточного минимума (размер зависит от региона, но в среднем составляет 11 тыс. руб.). Для реализации новой меры государственной поддержки потребуется оперативное внесение корректировок в федеральный бюджет на текущий год.
