Вчера Президент РФ Владимир Путин обратился в Госдуму с предложением о рассмотрении кандидатуры главы ФНС России Михаила Мишустина на должность Председателя Правительства РФ. Согласно ч. 1 ст. 103 Конституции РФ к ведению нижней палаты парламента относится процедура дачи согласия Президенту РФ на назначение Председателя Правительства РФ.
Как сообщается на сайте Госдумы, по итогам обсуждения кандидатуру Михаила Мишустина на должность главы кабинета министров поддержали «Единая Россия», ЛДПР и «Справедливая Россия». Лидер фракции «КПРФ» Геннадий Зюганов заявил, что поскольку главная цель об изменении Конституции РФ в части повышения парламентского контроля над исполнительной властью достигнута, то от голосования «за» или «против» Михаила Мишустина фракция воздержится.
В 14 часов депутаты приступят к процедуре дачи согласия Президенту РФ на назначение Председателя Правительства РФ. Ранее Президент РФ подписал Указ от 15 января 2020 г. № 14 об отставке Правительства РФ. До назначения Председателя Правительства РФ исполнение его полномочий возложено1 на Дмитрия Медведева.
