Правительство РФ скорректировало правила предоставления бюджета субсидий субъектам малого и среднего предпринимательства, ведущим деятельность в отраслях российской экономики, в наибольшей степени пострадавших в условиях ухудшения ситуации в результате распространения новой коронавирусной инфекции (постановление Правительства РФ от 20 июня 2020 г. № 894)1. Поправки вступают в силу со дня официального опубликования документа – с 22 июня 2020 года.
Так, продлевается срок подачи заявления субъектами МСП на получение субсидии за апрель 2020 года. Ранее он был установлен до 1 июня 2020 года, однако, в связи с тем, что действовали еще меры по нераспространению новой коронавирусной инфекции и для некоторых организаций и предпринимателей дни в мае были объявлены нерабочими, то возникли трудности с направлением заявления на получение субсидии. В связи с этим и было принято решение о продлении срока предоставления заявления на получение субсидии за апрель 2020 года до 1 июля 2020 года. Этот же срок установлен и для подачи заявления на получение субсидии за май (постановление Правительства РФ от 24 апреля 2020 г. № 576).

Напомним, направить заявление нужно в налоговый орган по месту постановки на учет, указав в нем реквизиты счета для перечисления денежных средств. После проведенной проверки указанной в заявлении информации, а также соответствия налогоплательщика установленным условиям предоставления субсидии, заносит его в реестр и не позднее трех рабочих дней начисляет субсидию.
