Правительство РФ вновь скорректировало временные правила оформления больничных листков, назначения и выплаты пособий по временной нетрудоспособности в случае карантина гражданам в возрасте 65 лет и старше (постановление Правительства РФ от 18 июня 2020 г. № 876)1. Не смотря на то, что поправки вступили в силу со дня опубликования документа (20 июня 2020 года), распространяться они будут на правоотношения, возникшие с 15 июня 2020 года.
Так, прописывается возможность выдачи больничного листа в случае, если регион на основании предписания своего главного санитарного врача принял решение о продлении срока действия ограничительных мер, направленных на обеспечение санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия населения, в части необходимости соблюдения режима самоизоляции лицами в возрасте 65 лет и старше. О принятом решении должностные лица региона должны уведомить ФСС России.
В случае принятия субъектом РФ такого решения, больничные листы будут выдаваться единовременно на период с 15 июня 2020 года до окончания рока соблюдения режима самоизоляции лицами в возрасте 65 лет и старше.

Напомним, ранее больничные листы выдавались и продлевались уже на четыре срока — на 14 календарных дней с 6 апреля, на 11 календарных дней с 20 апреля, на 18 календарных дней с 12 мая и на 11 календарных дней с 1 июня 2020 года. Эти правила действовали во всех регионах страны.
