Росавиация создала оперативный штаб, который будет заниматься возвратом российских граждан из Турции на Родину. Такое сообщение появилось на сайте агентства 17 апреля.
Также Оперштаб регулярно будет сообщать Минтранс России о выполненной работе, в частности о количестве:
выполненных рейсов из Турции в Россию; возвращенных граждан; российских граждан, которые с оформленными билетами на рейсы ожидают возвращения в Россию.
На момент публикации Минстранс России и Росавиация не опубликовали статистических данных по уже осуществленным возвратам российских граждан.
Как сообщается, авиакомпании со своей стороны подтвердили готовность выполнять рейсы в заранее установленные даты, а при необходимости увеличить число полетов. Информация по графикам возвратных рейсов размещена и будет актуализироваться на сайте авиаперевозчиков. В настоящий момент в операции задействовано 10 авиакомпаний, среди которых ПАО «Аэрофлот» и ООО «Авиакомпания «Победа». С полным перечнем компаний можно ознакомиться на сайте Росавиации.
Также сообщается, что между авиакомпаниями существует сотрудничество, и возможность передачи авиапассажиров от одной компании другой, что может отразиться на возвратном рейсе гражданина.
Авиакомпании получили рекомендации усилить работу кол-центров, в случае острой необходимости – выделить отдельную линию связи для обращений граждан, а также обеспечить информационную поддержку и обратную связь для пассажиров в случае переоформления билетов, если изменится рейс.
Росавиация контролирует ситуацию, связанную с возвратом граждан из Турции, и будет принимать своевременные решения для разрешения сложившегося положения.
