В пятницу, 16 апреля, Минстрой России опубликовал информацию о скором начале первого онлайн-голосования по отбору российских объектов для благоустройства. Голосование пройдет на общефедеральной рейтинговой платформе по голосованию за объекты благоустройства (далее – Платформа), разработанной по инициативе министерства.
Данный проект предоставит возможность гражданам самостоятельно принять решение о том, какой среди объектов в России они хотели бы благоустроить.
Платформа содержит перечень возможных территорий к благоустройству в определенном городе или регионе. К примеру, в Вологде, среди прочих объектов для голосования, указана набережная реки Вологды (напротив улицы Речной), а в городе Рубцовске Алтайского края граждане смогут проголосовать за благоустройство сквера Комсомольской славы (по проспекту Ленина напротив администрации города).
В голосовании могут принять участие каждый россиянин, достигший 14 лет. У каждого участника по одному голосу.
Как сообщается, процедура голосования не должна вызвать затруднений. Пользователю достаточно будет зарегистрироваться на Платформе и выбрать один объект для благоустройства. Регистрация возможна через авторизацию на портале госуслуг или по номеру телефона непосредственно на Платформе. При регистрации необходимо указать ФИО, дату рождения, место проживания, адрес электронной почты и номер телефона.
По данным министерства, на Платформу загружена информация об уже более 6 тыс. объектах.На объекты, набравшие наибольшее число голосов, будут выделены средства на благоустройство, при этом размер суммы на данный момент не указана.
На сайте Платформы отмечается, что акцент проекта делается на комплексное благоустройство, а не на единичные проблемные участки.
Задачей такого общественного инструмента является не только техническое упрощение, но также:
повышение комфорта и качества городской жизни граждан;сведение к минимуму числа городов с неблагоприятной средой;увеличение интереса граждан к процессу благоустройства городов.
По словам заместителя Министра строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства Российской Федерации Максима Егорова, после 30 мая проект не планируется прекращать, а наоборот – развивать и расширять функционал Платформы в целях регулярного использования населением.
