Минкультуры России предлагает расширить перечень мест, на которые не действует запрет на розничную продажу алкогольной продукции при оказании услуг общественного питания. В случае принятия разработанного министерством законопроекта указанный запрет не будет распространяться на розничную продажу алкоголя, осуществляемую юрлицами, а также пива, пивных напитков, сидра, пуаре, медовухи, упомянутыми организациями и ИП, при оказании ими услуг общественного питания в зданиях, строениях, сооружениях, помещениях, находящихся во владении, распоряжении и (или) пользовании юрлиц, независимо от их организационно-правовой формы, и ИП, осуществляющих деятельность в области культуры1.
В настоящий момент розничная продажа алкоголя разрешена при оказании предпринимателями услуг общественного питания в концертных и театральных залах, парках (подп. 1 п. 6 ст. 16 Федерального закона от 22 ноября 1995 года № 171-ФЗ «О государственном регулировании производства и оборота этилового спирта, алкогольной и спиртосодержащей продукции и об ограничении потребления (распития) алкогольной продукции»). Публичное обсуждение и независимая антикоррупционная экспертиза документа завершатся 18 апреля.

Речь идет о возможности вводить ограничения в объектах, расположенных в нежилых встроенных и (или) встроенно-пристроенных помещениях многоквартирных домов.
