Правительство РФ утвердило изменения в порядок применения отсрочки арендной платы за пользование госимуществом, который предусмотрен распоряжением Правительства РФ от 19 марта 2020 г. № 670-р. Соответствующее распоряжение от 16 мая 2020 г. № 1296-р размещено на сайте кабинета министров и вступит в силу со дня официального опубликования.
В частности, арендаторы, являющиеся субъектами МСП, включенные в единый реестр субъектов МСП, а также социально ориентированные НКО смогут погашать долги по арендной плате за пользование госимуществом в течение двух лет, начиная с 1 января 2021 года до 1 января 2023 года (ранее – до 31 декабря 2021 года) в срок, предложенный арендаторами, поэтапно, не чаще одного раза в месяц, равными платежами, в размере не более 1/2 ежемесячной арендной платы по договору аренды.

В связи с отсрочкой не должны применяться штрафы, проценты за пользование чужими денежными средствами или иные меры ответственности либо иные дополнительные платежи. Дополнительные соглашения к договорам аренды подлежат заключению в течение 7 рабочих дней со дня поступления соответствующего обращения арендаторов. Кроме того, сама отсрочка по платежам за аренду госимущества продлена на три месяца – до 1 октября текущего года, ранее действие отсрочки завершалось 1 июля.
