Указом Мэра Москвы от 18 июня 2021 года «О внесении изменений в указ Мэра Москвы от 8 июня 2020 года № 68-УМ» с 21 июня для ИП и организаций отменяется режим выходных дней, установленный указом от 12 июня 2021 года № 29-УМ.
При этом с 21 июня по 29 июня продлено приостановление:
оказания гражданам услуг общественного питания в фудкортах, проведение зрелищно-развлекательных мероприятий в ночных клубах, барах, на дискотеках, в караоке в период с 23.00 до 6.00;посещения детских игровых комнат;посещения зоопарков;использование объектов городской инфраструктуры.
Указанное не распространяется на продажу товаров, обслуживание на вынос, доставки заказов и оказания бытовых услуг.
С 18 июня по 29 июня устанавливается запрет на посещение концертных, развлекательных, зрелищных, спортивных мероприятий (с количеством людей свыше 1000 человек).
При этом указом устанавливается эксперимент, согласно которому разрешается посещение гражданами мест общественного питания c 23.00 до 6.00 при наличии у посетителей сертификата с QR-кодом о вакцинации от новой коронавирусной инфекции на портале госуслуг. Одновременно с указанным соответствующие ИП и организации должны обеспечить выполнение следующих требований:
возможность проверки QR-кодов и их соответствия в удостоверяющем личность документе;недопущение нахождения невакцинированных посетителей;отсутствие в течение 90 календарных дней до начала эксперимента двух и более случаев выявления заражения новой коронавирусной инфекцией;направленное уведомление о начале (прекращении) эксперимента с указанием полного наименования организации или ФИО ИП, ИНН, ОГРН на почту immune@mos.ru.
Реестр всех ИП и организаций, которые участвуют в эксперименте будет публично доступным, и размещен на официальном сайте Мэра Москвы, Правительства РФ и Департамента торговли и услуг города Москвы и на портале i.moscow.
