«Наша экономика адаптировалась к внешним ограничениям», – отметил Владимир Путин, отвечая на вопрос о влиянии санкций на экономику России. Так, по словам президента, в результате экономического кризиса 2008-2009 годов ВВП сократился на 7,8%. А в 2014 году показатель ВВП снизился только на 2,5%, лишь треть от которых, по сообщению главы государства, связана с введением соответствующих антироссийских ограничений. При этом обороты международной торговли из-за санкций сократились.
Санкционная политика оказала на российскую экономику не только негативное влияние. Есть много плюсов, как заметил Владимир Путин. Например, доля отечественного транспортного машиностроения достигла 98%, а автомобилестроения – 85%. Стремительнее стало развиваться сельское хозяйство. Прошлый год стал рекордным для АПК по урожаю зерна – 135, 5 тонн. Если сравнивать с 2000 годом, указал президент, то объем продаж сельскохозяйственной продукции вырос в 16 раз. Хотя сначала введение санкций привело к повышению цен на продовольственном рынке, в итоге, подчеркнул глава государства, ситуация стабилизировалась.В уходящем году в целом на импортозамещение потратили 600 млрд руб. При этом 125 млрд руб. было выделено из федерального бюджета. Внушительные средства расходуются в том числе на развитие АПК. «Поддержка сельского хозяйства – это давно национальный проект», – отметил Владимир Путин. При этом, по словам президента, необходимо:
продолжать повышать конкурентоспособность отечественных сельхозпроизводителей;наращивать инфраструктуру в секторе АПК;реализовывать программы социального развития села.
