Президент РФ Владимир Путин подписал перечень поручений1 в сфере образования по итогам заседания Президиума Государственного Совета Российской Федерации, состоявшегося 25 августа 2021 года.
Так глава страны поручил сократить число контрольных и проверочных работ в школах. Рособрнадзор совместно с Минпросвещения России и органами субъектов РФ должны отчитаться по этому вопросу до 1 июля 2022 года.

Кроме того, Владимир Путин поручил проанализировать фактический объем учебной нагрузки, в том числе времени, которое школьники тратят на выполнение домашнего задания. До 1 декабря 2021 года Роспотребнадзор, Минпросвещения России и Рособрнадзор должны будут представить результаты такого анализа вместе с предложениями по оптимизации. Ведомства также оценят возможность выполнения домашней работы в рамках «Школы полного дня» или на продленке.
Кстати, модель «Школы полного дня» обязано разработать Минпросвещения России совместно с регионами также до 1 декабря. Ранее Владимир Путин отмечал, что благодаря такому нововведению школьники смогут оставаться в школе после уроков. «По мнению социологов, психологов, конфликты между детьми и родителями часто или даже чаще всего возникают в связи с выполнением домашних заданий. Их можно спокойно и вовремя сделать в таких группах продленного дня с помощью наставников, и заодно кружки посетить, спортом позаниматься, с друзьями пообщаться», – сказал глава страны.
В сельской местности и малых городах могут появиться многофункциональные образовательные центры, включающие в себя школы, детские сады, спортзалы, учреждения культуры и досуга, МФЦ, библиотеки и иные социальные объекты.
