Отделение ПФР по г. Москве и Московской области рассказало1 об алгоритме действий для тех, кто хочет узнать о своих пенсионных правах или внести правки в сведения о стаже. Напомним, эти сведения обеспечивают размер будущей пенсии (ст. 3 Федерального закона от 1 апреля 1996 г. № 27-ФЗ «Об индивидуальном (персонифицированном) учете в системе обязательного пенсионного страхования»). Они формируются на основе данных, передаваемых в ПФР работодателями и гражданами.
Узнать о сформированных пенсионных правах, которые отражены на индивидуальном лицевом счете, можно:
в личном кабинете на сайте ПФР или на Едином портале госуслуг; через клиентскую службу ПФР или в МФЦ.
Если гражданин считает, что какие-либо сведения не учтены или учтены не в полном объеме, необходимо представить в территориальный орган ПФР заявление о корректировке сведений индивидуального (персонифицированного) учета и внесении уточнений (дополнений) в индивидуальный лицевой счет.
Заявление можно представить следующим способом:
лично или через представителя непосредственно в отделении ПФР (можно выбрать любое отделение, независимо от места жительства, места пребывания, места фактического проживания); в личном кабинете на сайте ПФР или на Едином портале госуслуг.
Одновременно с заявлением представляется документ, удостоверяющий личность, и документы, подтверждающие недостающие сведения:
трудовая книжка; письменные трудовые договоры, справки от работодателей, выписки из приказов, лицевые счета и ведомости на выдачу заработной платы; справки службы занятости; архивные справки; военный билет (в случае прохождения военной службы); документы об образовании; документы, подтверждающие осуществление предпринимательской деятельности; другие юридически значимые документы (свидетельство о браке, о рождении детей и т.п.); документы о заработке до 1 января 2002 года.

При подаче заявления в электронной форме к нему нужно приложить скан-копии этих документов. Если имя, отчество или фамилия в представленном документе не совпадают с данными паспорта, необходимо также представить свидетельство о браке или расторжении брака либо свидетельство о перемене имени. Если заявление подается законным представителем, понадобятся также его паспорт и доверенность.
ПФР рассматривает такие заявления в течение 10 дней. Если нужно направить уточняющий запрос в архивы или иные организации, которые могут подтвердить стаж, срок рассмотрения заявления продлевается, максимум до трех месяцев.
О результатах принятого решения гражданин узнает способом, который указал в заявлении.
