В регионе установлены дополнительные льготы для инвесторов по налогам на прибыль и имущество организаций. Соответствующие изменения в региональное законодательство, внесенные в Ивановскую областную Думу губернатором Павлом Коньковым, приняты сегодня, 29 июня, на очередном пленарном заседании регионального парламента.Льготы предоставляются для организаций, заключивших с Российской Федерацией или Ивановской областью специальный инвестиционный контракт (СПИК). Стороной СПИК является инвестор, который обязуется создать либо модернизировать или освоить производство промышленной продукции. Контракт применим для отдельных отраслей промышленности, таких как машиностроительная, легкая, металлургическая, химическая, деревообрабатывающая, электронная и ряд других.Реклама 30″Для предприятий, заключивших СПИК федерального уровня в промышленной сфере, налог на прибыль обнуляется, а для организаций, заключивших контракт на уровне региона, ставка налога, зачисляемого в областной бюджет, снижается до 13,5%», – сообщил директор департамента экономического развития и торговли Ивановской области Александр Лодышкин. Он также напомнил, что в настоящее время предприятия платят налог на прибыль в федеральный бюджет по ставке 3%, а в региональный – 17%.Предприятия-участники специальных инвестиционных контрактов федерального уровня также освобождаются от уплаты налога на имущество, созданного, приобретенного или реконструированного в ходе реализации инвестиционного проекта. В настоящее время для организаций-инвесторов ставка также может быть нулевой при объеме инвестиций более 1 млрд рублей или понижаться до 1,2% при меньшем объеме инвестиций.Добавим, что для заключения СПИК на федеральном уровне минимальный размер инвестиций составляет 750 млн рублей, Ивановская область устанавливает нижнюю границу на отметке 250 млн рублей. Контракт заключается на срок, равный сроку выхода на проектную операционную прибыль, увеличенному на 5 лет, но не более 10 лет.
