Минэкономразвития выдвинуло новый аргумент в пользу налогового маневра по выравниванию ставок НДС и страховых взносов до 22%.По мнению министерства, маневр позволит повысить зарплаты бюджетникам и исполнить поручения, данные в пакете майских указов президента. На это пойдут деньги, сэкономленные на соцвзносах – порядка 230 млрд рублей в год (0,2–0,4% ВВП), подсчитывают в правительстве. Долги регионов по майским указам – 2 трлн рублей, поэтому выгода невелика, утверждают эксперты.
