Пресс-служба регулятора сообщила об утверждении методики расчета индикатора для формирования рэнкинга страховщиков по количеству жалоб потребителей финансовых услуг. Напомним, в этом году планируется ввести рэнкинг страховых компаний по оценке качества работы с клиентами в зависимости от уровня обоснованных жалоб. Об этой инициативе Банка России портал ГАРАНТ.РУ рассказывал ранее.
Как следует из текста методики1, индикатором для формирования рэнкинга страховщиков по количеству жалоб потребителей финансовых услуг является расчетный показатель, отражающий количество поступивших в Банк России обоснованных жалоб физлиц в отношении страховой организации в расчете на 1 тыс. договоров имущественного страхования, заключенных с физлицами, или застрахованных лиц по договорам личного страхования страховой организации. Обоснованной будет считаться жалоба в соответствии с оценкой Банка Росии, если будет выявлен факт нарушения прав потребителя.
Индикатор рассчитывается по каждой участвующей в формировании рэнкинга страховой компании и включает отдельные виды страховой деятельности, например, добровольное страхование имущественных интересов физлиц, связанных с риском утраты (гибели) и повреждения средств наземного транспорта, добровольное страхование имущественных интересов физлиц по иным видам транспортных средств, добровольное сельскохозяйственное страхование имущественных интересов физлиц, обязательное страхование гражданской ответственности физлиц – владельцев транспортных средств, добровольное страхование жизни, от несчастных случаев и болезней, в том числе страхование выезжающих за рубеж, ДМС, страхование жизни и здоровья военнослужащих.

Отмчается, что индикаторы должны рассчитываться на основании данных отчетности страховых организаций, опубликованной на сайте Банка России. Расчет будет осуществляться по каждой страховой организации. Исключения предусмотрены для страховых организаций:
которые на начало и в течение отчетного периода не осуществляли соответствующую расчету деятельность; у которых на дату расчета индикаторов отозвана лицензия на осуществление соответствующего вида деятельности; с количеством клиентов менее 20 тыс.; осуществляющих в отчетном периоде только страхование жизни.
Сообщается, что первый рэнкинг появится на сайте регулятора не позднее 15 декабря. Планируется, что публиковаться данные будут ежеквартально.
