Роспотребнадзор представил для публичного обсуждения и независимой антикоррупционной экспертизы проект нового СанПиНа, устанавливающего требования к организации питания детей. В соответствии с документом планируется исключить использование принесенных из дома продуктов и блюд для организации питания детей1.
Предполагается, что быть дежурными в столовой и накрывать на столы смогут обучающиеся с 12 лет. При это не исключено появление запрета на использование столовых приборов из алюминия, но вместе с тем разрешено применение одноразовой посуды, а также посуды из нержавеющей стали.
В соответствии с разработанным СанПиНом в качестве дополнительного питания детям предполагается выдавать кислородные коктейли. Однако ожидается, что их выдача будет осуществляться только по назначению врача-педиатра под контролем медицинского работника образовательной (оздоровительной) организации при наличии необходимых условий для приготовления таких коктейлей. В отношении кислородных коктейлей предполагается также установить ряд требований, таких, как:
наличие технологической карты; отсутствие в составе в качестве пенообразователя сырых яиц или спиртовой основы.
Публичное обсуждение и независимая антикоррупционная экспертиза документа завершатся 28 января.
Как пояснило сегодня ведомство на своем официальном сайте, новый СанПиН будет учитывать национальные и территориальные особенности питания при построении меню. Также предполается включение в него пищевых продуктов, обогащенных витаминами, микроэлементами и бифидо-бактериями.
