Отметим, что ранее о планах пересмотреть обязательные требования к бизнесу к 1 февраля 2020 года сообщил Председатель Правительства РФ Дмитрий Медведев, выступая на X Гайдаровском форуме.
Кроме того, глава государства предложил создать специальную цифровую платформу для размещения информации о давлении на бизнес и рассмотрения проблем предпринимателей по существу. Кроме того, Владимир Путин считает необходимым пересмотреть критерии, по которым все сотрудники юрлица только по факту совместной работы признаются группой лиц по предварительному сговору. Также, по его мнению, при расследовании экономических преступлений необходимо жестко ограничить возможность неоднократного продления срока содержания под стражей. Как отмечает президент, иногда это происходит просто из-за нехватки времени на проведение необходимых экспертиз или затягивания следственных действий.

Помимо этого Владимир Путин дал кабмину ряд поручений, направленных на развитие бизнеса, в числе которых:
создание защищенного бренда отечественной чистой продукции, в производстве которой будут использоваться только безопасные для здоровья человека технологии; принятие новой программы развития сельских территорий, которая должна начать действовать с 1 января 2020 года; формирование максимально комфортных условий для частных инвестиций в технологические стартапы.
Причем, как сообщил Президент РФ, в 2020 году объем инвестиций должен увеличиться на 6-7%. Достижение этого показателя станет одним из ключевых критериев оценки работы кабмина.
