Напомним, ранее кабинет министров выделил на эти цели более 4 млрд руб.
Указанные средства будут направлены для софинансирования расходных обязательств субъектов РФ, возникающих при:
возмещении работодателям расходов на частичную оплату труда при организации общественных работ для граждан, ищущих работу и обратившихся в органы службы занятости, а также безработных граждан; возмещении работодателям расходов на частичную оплату труда при организации временного трудоустройства работников организаций, находящихся под риском увольнения.

Размер компенсации будет складываться из МРОТ, увеличенного на сумму страховых взносов в государственные внебюджетные фонды и районного коэффициента. Правила предусматривают условия и критерии отбора субъектов РФ, на основании которых принимается решение о целесообразности предоставления такого трансферта, а также механизм его расчета.
Документ вступит в силу со дня его официального опубликования.
