До 3 декабря включительно налогоплательщики – собственники имущества (квартир, домов, гаражей и т.п., транспортных средств и земельных участков) должны уплатить налог на имущество, а также земельный и транспортный налоги за 2017 год. Об этом напоминает и наш календарь бухгалтера, который мы рекомендуем сохранить в закладки, чтобы не пропустить и другие сроки уплаты налогов и сборов, а также представления налоговых деклараций и расчетов.
По общему правилу, рассчитаться по указанным налогам необходимо до 1 декабря года, следующего за истекшим налоговым периодом (п. 1 ст. 409, абз. 3 п. 1 ст. 363, абз. 3 п. 1 ст. 397 Налогового кодекса). Но поскольку в текущем году 1 декабря выпадает на выходной день (субботу), то по правилам п. 7 ст. 6.1 НК РФ последний день уплаты налогов переносится на ближайший рабочий день – 3 декабря (понедельник).
Напомним, указанные налоги уплачиваются на основании уведомлений, которые налогоплательщики уже должны были получить от налоговых органов. Пользователям личного кабинета налогоплательщиков они были направлены в личный кабинет, а остальным гражданам – заказными письмами по почте. По данным ФНС России, всего было отправлено 68,7 млн уведомлений, из них 14,4 млн – размещено в личных кабинетах налогоплательщиков.

Для удобства налогоплательщиков предусматривается несколько способов уплаты налогов: в личном кабинете налогоплательщика на официальном сайте ФНС России банковской картой или через онлайн-сервис одного из банков-партнеров ФНС России, в отделениях кредитных организаций, через кассы местных администраций или отделения федеральной почтовой службы.
Налоговики подсчитали, что к 1 ноября 2018 года в консолидированные бюджеты субъектов РФ уже поступило 106 млрд руб. доходов от имущественных налогов физлиц. Это на 24% больше, чем за аналогичный период прошлого года.
Следует учитывать, что неуплата налога в установленный срок грозит не только начислением пени за каждый день просрочки (п. 1 ст. 75 НК РФ), но и штрафом в размере 20% от недоимки (40% – в случае умышленной неуплаты налога) (ст. 122 НК РФ). Также к должнику может быть применена процедура принудительного взыскания налога за счет его имущества, включая денежные средства на счетах (п. 1 ст. 48 НК РФ).
