Минпросвещения России и Рособрнадзор утвердили расписание единого государственного экзамена и особенности его проведения в 2020 году. Соответствующие приказы от 15 июня 2020 г. № 298/6561 и от 15 июня 2020 г. № 297/655 размещены на официальном интернет-портале правовой информации. Перед стартом основных экзаменов в целях определения организационной и технической готовности запланировано проведение пробных экзаменов 29 и (или) 30 июня.
Пробные ЕГЭ решено провести без привлечения участников экзаменов. Будет проверено обеспечение школ необходимыми средствами с учетом требований санитарно-эпидемиологических норм в условиях распространения COVID-19, проведен инструктаж привлекаемых лиц по вопросам организации и проведения экзаменов, подготовлено необходимое техоборудование.
Участники экзаменов могут изменить (дополнить) перечень учебных предметов, а также сроки участия в ЕГЭ, подав заявление в экзаменационную комиссию не позднее чем за одну неделю до даты соответствующего экзамена. Места расположения пунктов проведения экзаменов будут определяться исходя из санитарно-эпидемиологической обстановки и особенностей распространения инфекции COVID-19, общей численности участников экзаменов в регионе, территориальной доступности и вместимости аудиторного фонда с соблюдением требований санитарного законодательства.
Основной период сдачи ЕГЭ продлится с 3 по 23 июля:
3 июля (пятница) – география, литература, информатика и ИКТ; 6 июля (понедельник) и 7 июля (вторник) – русский язык; 10 июля (пятница) – математика профильного уровня; 13 июля (понедельник) – история, физика; 16 июля (четверг) – обществознание, химия; 20 июля (понедельник) – иностранные языки (английский, немецкий, французский, испанский, китайский) письменно, биология; 22 июля (среда) и 23 июля (четверг) – иностранные языки (английский, немецкий, французский, испанский, китайский) раздел «Говорение».
Экзамены по всем предметам начинаются в 10 часов по местному времени во всех регионах России.
Для тех участников, которые не смогли сдать ЕГЭ по уважительным причинам, а также ввиду совпадения дат проведения ЕГЭ по выбранным предметам или удовлетворения апелляции о нарушении порядка проведения ЕГЭ, либо аннулирования результатов экзамена в связи с выявлением факта нарушения порядка проведения экзамена, предусмотрены резервные дни сдачи ЕГЭ: 24 июля (пятница) по всем предметам за исключением русского языка и иностранных языков и 25 июля (суббота) – по всем предметам.
Если и в этом случае сдать экзамен не получилось по уважительным причинам, принять участие в сдаче ЕГЭ можно в дополнительные дни:
3 августа (понедельник) – география, литература, информатика и ИКТ, иностранные языки (раздел «Говорение»), биология, история; 5 августа (среда) – русский язык; 7 августа (пятница) – обществознание, химия, физика, иностранные языки (письменная часть), математика профильного уровня.
И еще один день – 8 августа (суббота) предусмотрен в качестве резервного для сдачи экзаменов по всем предметам.

Самыми продолжительными по времени являются ЕГЭ по математике (профильный уровень), физике, литературе, информатике и ИКТ, обществознанию и истории – 3 часа 55 минут. Меньше всего времени отведено на сдачу устного экзамена по иностранному языку – от 12 до 15 минут.
Участникам ЕГЭ разрешили использовать средства обучения (линейки, транспортиры без справочной информации, таблицу Менделеева, непрограммируемые калькуляторы без доступа в Интернет, техсредства без подключения к Интернету для аудирования и т. д.).
Приказы Минпросвещения России и Рособрнадзора вступят в силу 22 июня.
