О подписании соответствующего постановления Мэром столицы сообщается1 пресс-службой московского правительства. Субсидия будет выделяться на возмещение затрат за участие в международных конкурсах, фестивалях, а также на возмещение затрат по рекламе в интернете. Появится возможность доработать заявку, если заявитель собрал неполный комплект документов (экспертизу заявки приостановят на срок не более 10 дней).
Субсидирование процентной ставки по кредитам для малого и среднего бизнеса продлевается до 1 июля 2021 года. По данной программе процентная ставка по уже взятым кредитам может быть снижена, а новые кредиты можно будет оформить на льготных условиях.
Субсидируемая процентная ставка составляет:
до 6% по кредитам, оформленным до 15 апреля 2020 года (с установленным лимитом не более 100 млн руб.); до 8% по кредитам, оформленным после 15 апреля 2020 года (лимит – не более 35 млн. руб.).
Сообщается, что в 2021 году будет действовать минимальная и льготная ставки арендной платы за нежилые объекты, принадлежащие городу, – 4 750 руб. и 3500 руб. за квадратный метр в год соответственно.
По 15 января 2021 года от уплаты аренды освобождаются некоторые организации и ИП в сфере общепита, торговли, культуры, образования, досуга и бытовых услуг в учреждениях Департамента культуры города Москвы, кроме парков.

Из сообщения следует, что предприниматели, заключившие с Московским метрополитеном договоры на осуществление торговой деятельности в нестационарном торговом объекте, за период с марта по июнь 2020 года полностью освобождены от уплаты аренды, а за период с июля до конца 2020 года им предоставлена скидка 50% по аренде. На 50% снижена арендная плата по договорам на размещение банкоматов, расположенных на территории метрополитена, в период с марта по июнь 2020 года.
Помимо этого, сообщается, что с 1 января минимальный размер пенсий с городской доплатой по Москве будет увеличен до 20 222 руб. в месяц. Детские пособия и социальные выплаты проиндексируют на 3,7%.
