Президент РФ Владимир Путин утвердил перечень поручений1 по итогам заседания Совета при Президенте по стратегическому развитию и национальным проектам, состоявшегося 19 июля. Ряд из них касается дошкольного и общего образования.
Так, Правительство РФ совместно с исполнительными органами субъектов РФ должно будет полностью решить проблему доступности дошкольного образования к концу 2023 года. К этому сроку местами в детских садах должны быть обеспечены 100% детей.

Кроме того, должна быть подготовлена и запущена программа капремонта зданий, в которых расположены школы. За период 2022-2026 годов планируется отремонтировать более 7300 зданий (из них не менее 3000 зданий в 2022-2023 годах). Кабмин обязан также представить свои предложения по зданиям школ, находящихся в аварийном состоянии.
Еще одно поручение касается скорости Интернета в школах. Для городских школ она должна составлять не менее 100 Мбит/с, для школ в сельской местности и поселках городского типа – не менее 50 Мбит/с. Размеры оплаты за Интернет для школ будут контролироваться.
Как заявил на заседании Совета заместитель Председателя Правительства РФ Дмитрий Чернышенко, в этом году планируется завершить программу подключения школ к быстрому Интернету по оптоволоконной связи. По его словам, на сегодняшний день примерно 20% школ пользуются Интернетом, скорость которого меньше установленной в федеральном стандарте. Чернышенко добавил, что есть и еще одна цель – чтобы в каждой школе и каждом классе все ученики и учителя могли пользоваться беспроводным Интернетом.
Наконец, в соответствии с поручениями Владимира Путина в 2023-2024 годах в школах должны исчезнуть третьи смены.
