нельзя предоставить разрешение на условно разрешенный вид использования земельного участка или отказать в его получении без соблюдения установленной законом процедуры, включая организацию и проведение общественных обсуждений или публичных слушаний; нельзя выбрать вспомогательный вид разрешенного использования земельного участка, установленный в градостроительном регламенте, вместо основного при предоставлении земельного участка; для определенной территориальной зоны градостроительным регламентом могут быть установлены виды разрешенного использования с учетом особенностей ее расположения и развития, а также возможности сочетать разные виды использования земельных участков.
