С 1 января следующего года право нетрудоспособных лиц на обязательную долю в наследстве распространят на женщин, достигших возраста 55 лет, а также мужчин в возрасте от 60 лет (Федеральный закон от 25 декабря 2018 г. № 495-ФЗ «О внесении изменения в Федеральный закон «О введении в действие части третьей Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации»1). Как пояснили разработчики документа, председатель Комитета Госдумы по государственному строительству и законодательству Павел Крашенинников и депутат нижней палаты парламента Андрей Макаров, цель нововведения – дополнительная поддержка граждан предпенсионного возраста, нуждающихся в особой защите в силу возраста или состояния здоровья.
