ЦИК России сегодня опубликовала официальные результаты общероссийского голосвания по вопросу одобрения изменений в Конституцию Российской Федерации. Соответствующее постановление от 3 июля 2020 г. № 256/1888-7 размещено на сайте комиссии1.
Согласно документу в общероссийском голосовании, состоявшемся 1 июля 2020 года, приняли участие 74 114 217 граждан. На вопрос «Вы одобряете изменения в Конституцию Российской Федерации?» положительный ответ дали – 57 747 288 граждан или 77,92% от числа проголосовавших.
В этой связи ЦИК России постановила, считать одобренными изменения в Конституцию РФ, предусмотренные ст. 1 Закона РФ от 14 марта 2020 г. № 1-ФКЗ о поправке к Конституции Российской Федерации «О совершенствовании регулирования отдельных вопросов организации и функционирования публичной власти». Постановление вступило в силу с момента принятия.

Напомним, в соответствии с п. 8 ст. 3 названного закона после одобрения в ходе общероссийского голосования изменений в Конституцию РФ Президент РФ должен издать указ об официциальном опубликовании Конституции РФ с внесенными в нее поправками и о дате вступления их в силу. Официальное опубликование измененной редакции Конституции РФ осуществляется незамедлительно после официального опубликования результатов общероссийского голосования.
Как стало известно, Президент РФ Владимир Путин сегодня принял решение о вступлении поправок в Конституцию РФ в законную силу с 4 июля 2020 года. Соответстветствующий Указ Президента РФ от 3 июля 2020 г. № 4452 размещен на официальном интернет-портале правовой информации.
