Сегодня вступило в силу постановление Правительства РФ от 18 мая 2019 г. № 618 «Об утверждении Положения о прохождении служебной стажировки государственными гражданскими служащими Российской Федерации».
Согласно документу служебной стажировкой признается мероприятие по обмену опытом, направленным на изучение передового опыта в соответствующей области профессиональной служебной деятельности в целях профессионального развития гражданского служащего. Определен срок прохождения стажировки – не менее пяти дней и не более шести месяцев (с возможностью его продления или сокращения представителем нанимателя по заявлению служащего). Предусмотрено как индивидуальное прохождение стажировки, так и групповое (не более 20 человек).

Установлено, что на период прохождения гражданским служащим служебной стажировки за ним сохраняется замещаемая должность и выплачивается денежное содержание.
